Black Pears II

Statement

The first Black Pears came to be an expression of the tenderness when two lovers are present in the same space. We had it hanging in our dining room between shows, and when it sold, we ached to see it go. This served as both challenge and opportunity -- could I make a second version? It turns out I can happily make another version of anything, although we never step in the same river twice.
